Gift Wrap Rolls
Please note: Gift Wrap rolls and other irregularly-shaped items may be shipped in boxes separate from the rest of your order. Single rolls of gift wrap are sent individually in rigid kraft tubes, and multiples are grouped into rectangular or triangular boxes.
Due to First Class Package Service weight limits, we can only send two (2) rolls of gift wrap per package when using First Class Mail. Please keep this in mind when reviewing your shipping costs. Depending on the contents of your order, it may be more cost-effective to select Priority Mail instead of First Class.
Apparel & Lifestyle Gifts
Please note: Some apparel products and lifestyle gifts are fulfilled by a third party service and may be shipped in packages separate from the rest of your order.
Due to the delicate nature of paper, paper products (cards, gift wrap, etc.) can get damaged during shipping. We do our best to prevent this with extra packaging precautions, but some things are simply out of our control (mistreatment by postal workers, accidents in transit, etc.).
If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping, please take a picture/video and contact us immediately. We’ll do what we can to make it right.
