Return and Refund Policies

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re committed to making things right. We’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Items returned to us without prior written approval will not be accepted. Please do not send any items for a return, refund, or exchange without contacting us first.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return or exchange of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during return shipping to Potography. Please be sure to insure your items at the full purchase value to avoid any issues that could arise during return shipping.
If an order arrives damaged, please document the damage (take pictures/videos) and notify us immediately for assistance.
Damaged Paper Goods
Due to the delicate nature of our paper products (cards, gift wrap, etc.), customers must be able to demonstrate that products arrived damaged and were not damaged upon unpacking or after being used.
Paper products that are damaged in shipping may be refunded or exchanged. Please follow the instructions for Damaged Items (above) and contact us immediately if you receive an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping.
Sale items can be returned unless, at the time of your purchase, the product description displayed a “Final Sale” notice for the product or otherwise indicated that returns would not be accepted.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
