If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. We’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Items returned to us without prior written approval will not be accepted. Please do not send any items for a return, refund, or exchange without contacting us first.
Due to the delicate nature of our paper products (cards, gift wrap, etc.), we cannot guarantee returns based on physical damage alone. Customers must be able to demonstrate that products arrived damaged and were not damaged upon unpackaging.
Paper products damaged during shipping may be refunded or exchanged if the shipping method you selected includes insurance. Please contact us immediately if you receive an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return or exchange of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Potography.
If you received a damaged product, please take pictures and notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items can be refunded on a case-by-case basis.
We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
